Remove package-lock.json

We're using `yarn` to manage dependencies instead of `npm`, so we have a
`yarn.lock` file. `yarn` recommends removing `package-lock.json`
(https://yarnpkg.com/blog/2018/06/04/yarn-import-package-lock/).
